In a report published this week, analyst firm Strategy Analytics revealed the results of a survey they conducted using 842 Digital Television subscribers using providers like Comcast, Time Warner Cable, DirecTV, Dish, Verizon, and of course, AT&T. The results showed that over 80% of those using AT&T's Uverse line of home telephone, internet, and digital TV, as well as those with Verizon's FiOS reported that they were "very" or "extremely" satisfied with their provider. The company found that among all of the companies available, the IPTV providers, ATT and Verizon, had a strong lead in customer satisfaction and had the least occurrence of customer "churn."
