Add a Signature to Your Messages
4.Now type the name of the new signature. If you want, you can have more than one signature, maybe one for professional use and one for personal messages.
5.Type your signature information into the text box. Make sure it's formatted and spelled correctly. When you're done, click the OK button.
6. Finally, click OK at the bottom of the Options box.
That's it. If at any time you want to make a change, follow the same steps to edit your signature file.
